Development of a complex website with a corporate look and feel with scheduling software and integrated billing for a new franchise that is being launched.
Need a calendar that works and looks similar to the Outlook calendar. Must be able to schedule recurring appointments. Must also be able to create additional calendars for multiple employees that can be placed side by side for easy drag and drop transferring of appointments. Ability to email calendars to employees but limit the amount and type of information being emailed. It should have a master calendar of all appointments and provide an alert when an appointment has not been assigned to an employee so that no appointments are missed. Ability to mark appointments complete.
The calendar must also integrate with accounting and have the ability to receive pre-payments. When services are scheduled for specific customers the charge must be debited to the customer’s account. Available services and pricing should be easily selected through a dropdown menu and search.
Customer specific job information should be stored in each customer’s profile. The option to select specific information from the customer’s profile to include in a job ticket sent to employees. Software should keep track of customer’s keys, where they are (i.e key locker or a with specific employee) and alert the office in advance when an employee does not have keys for an upcoming appointment. Each customer’s accounting and scheduling information should be combined in their customer tab for easy access.
The functionality must be expandable to include separate franchisees. The web site needs to have a franchisee locater by zip code and be expandable so that each franchisee has their own website as well as price calculators.
