Creating a simple Website

Hello I need a freelander to create a simple Website. It can be a Wordpress based template. (Would be prefered) The Website should include a payservice that the customers can pay with debitcard, etc. To my paypal account. And after they did the purchase, the purchase should be seen in the customers personal account automaticly and get a purchase number. The customer can purchase unlimited the same product so all the purchase numbers should be seen in the account. And all the purchased products should been seen on the homepage as a statistic of how much products are purchased and how much customers did purchased the product. You find a picture of the order form i want on the website to purchase the products. The Website should also include: Homepage Info FAQ Log-in Account Contact form And on the footer some disclaimers It should be very simple but very proffesional to look at. The design should be blue. It should be pre set-up that i can create and fill in my own content after pre creation. It should also been set up on my hosting plan and domain of my choice. Thank you
