Convert HTML to Wordpress within next 12 hours

Here is the one page website [login to view URL], I need it converted into wordpress properly which means - 1. It stays responsive as it is. 2. I can edit every single content without writing code. 3. I can change the menu items too. I have 50$ and have next 12 hours ! I will add 10$ if you do it without giving any trouble. You can do it in your hosting but I should be provided live link and wp-admin access. Or you can do in mine.
