Our company is in need of a web programmer that can complete the tasks below for our current website.

Tasks:

Template Changes

1. Change footer "State Info Services" ----> "NJ Property Records"

1.2 Remove/Disable Top Left "Side Bar". (it is still clickable, even though it's invincible.)

1.3 Quick search does not appear correctly on mobile phones, or when you zoom in on the page a lot. (The responsiveness is lacking). Make the quick search fields and submit button appear on the mobile/Zoomed in versions of the site.

1.4 Add our company's FaceBook and Twitter Icon and link in footer of website. (If possible, i really would like both icons to show the number of likes as well as the # of followers next to the icon, and buttons for people to like us on facebook or follow us on twitter.)

Advanced Search Page:

2. Put Advanced search Page in default "Home" template in the middle. So user login is on the left and poll is on the left. No banner tho, keep small search on top like it is now on current result page.

2.1 Add button that's titled "Mailing Labels" next to "Clear"

2.2 Create mailing labels function to allow user to print the mailing labels for the properties in the result page once searched for. Google mailing labels for more information. It should take the Owners Name, Mailing Address, City_State, zip and generate a mailing labels for the query. When you're on this part, message me for more details if you don't understand.

Membership Page:

3. Use default Purity III Template "Pricing Table" for the membership page. User can choose from "3" different packages. I'll fill in each packages information. 3.1 Link up all "3" Sign up buttons to paypal checkout "", If you need paypal login information, I can provide this.

3.2 Once payment is verified, user then has full access to all features of the website, depending on the package they selected.

3.3 On membership page, once signed in, user can see when they made payment (date of payment), What package they choose, and when the next payment is due/when the next renewal will occur. All payments should be renewed automatically on paypal like a "Subscription". If you need paypal info to add subscription let me know.

Result Page:

4. Put Result Page in default "Home" template in the middle. So user login is on the left and poll is on the left. No banner tho, keep small search on top like it is now on current result page.

4.1 Add Google map street view, and aerial view according to the Property_Location on each result page. This can replace the "Who's online" spot where it was for result page only.

4.2 Add a drop down menu with all the files in the ftp Images/PDF/County/"District_Name" folder. (So users can see all files which will be .pdf's) They then can select any file and it will load a new page with the files appearing. This can replace the "Twitter Feed" location for result page only.

4.3 Center the Tax Map page viewer automatically. (Have the tax map viewer appear in the middle on load of page)

4.4 Fix "Neighbors" link. Show 2 properties before that query address, and 2 properties after that address. The "Neighbors" of the address. This should be linked to the neighbors result pages. I believe you can do this with the ID# add 2 minus 2

4.5 Add the years "2014 - 2013 - 2012 - 2011 - 2010" to the right of "Overview" with 2014 being selected as default. These years pull up the 2014 data, if users click 2013, it will pull up the same property data but for 2013, same goes for all other years. I have all sql tables for years 2013-2012-2011-2010. Right now, we only have 2014 online. I want to add the rest and let users select what year data they want to look at.
