And the website is not exatcly a store but will allow clients to see what my company is about, how we are different than the traditional expensive computer retailers, and provide them with a interface to choose a list of drop menues like type of problem, model of computer, the operating system specifications, and a quick link to contact Me via Online Remote Chat like Log me in, as well as phone call support, chat and then a link to free thirdparty approved software and a Link to paypal. Once I recieve the email or Client number Id through online website support link they use to contact me I will emediatly see all the required information requested, and they read the disclaimer another Digital Signature requirement states they are giving techician to access and diagnose computer problems over internet and phone, the small deposit was to ensure a security payment for my time and will be counted as partial credit to final bill. If I determain the computer has a Hardware Issue after all tests online they can ship conputer postage paid to my address and I will determain further issues and provide solutions to them and if they agree to work i will send them a email showing recconended replacement parts price and option to buy them theirselves or agree to have me do this. By digitaly signing agree to pay for all services rendered including all applicaple taxes and shipping fees.
