Designer needed for magazine

I am looking for a graphic designer (print) to design our lively and fun low-budget youth magazine. The 60 page youth publication is available online as a free digital magazine and I need a designer who has experience of creating magazines and can pull stunning designs out of the hat for this small project. Designer must have experience creating magazines, will work from home with own MAC computer and must be proficient in all aspects of print design including these MAC-based programs: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
