Design a Logo for Smudged Ink

A very simple black and white logo (or dark blue etc) for a registered company called "Smudged Ink" The company develops IT tools and software for business customers so a literal translation of the company name is fine as well as any attempt to include technology in the logo (an example might be a black pool of inc with a human thumbprint and the thumbprint is actually a circuit) We like the idea of the company title written in white on a black pool of ink in old smudged typewriter font but of course this might not actually translate that well. Basically, something simple and clear not highly complex.
