To be able to give you a vector logo that 'bites' one needs a professional vector graphics application like Illustrator (Adobe) or CorelDraw, and to be able to meet your desire, one needs a good dose of creativity. These two, I can humbly affirm I have sufficiently. I have an excellent logo creation and vector graphics skill, see my portfolio and over 5 years of CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator experience.
