Cartoon Character for Business

I would like to create a cartoon character for our company, Chatodo. Our company manufacturers water tanks and we want to use a tank as the basis for the character. Our idea thus far is that the character would be shown as a strong, muscular, cool tank, with sunglasses. The character could have muscular arms showing his biceps, or arms crossed on his chest. Our company colors are royal blue (RGB 002395) and orange (RGB FF6900). We're thinking that the tank can be in blue and the character can have a few orange highlights. We also want to include a hot, bright sun above the character, with its tongue sticking out from the heat... this is to illustrate that our tank is not affected by the heat.
