We have the logo, brand icon, color scheme, layout concept and preferred artistic style. We need you to be able to produce a blueprint with editable layers that is designed for a CSS website. We need a home page and an interior page that is specially designed to fit a shopping cart. We don't need you to build the site. We just need a blueprint that our coders can break apart and build a site using CSS. You must have examples of past work, a creative eye, highly skilled using Adobe Photoshop design, and an ability to understand that balance of imagery for the web that will be visually stunning, yet is load time sensitive. We have logo graphics in Adobe Illustrator as well.
