Contest site - Joomla

What I need done: I need a website designed for various contests I will be making in the upcoming months. I want the site made in joomla for good flexibility and easy template management. It must have Home Page the Participant gallery menu, participants description, contest rules, prize page, contact form, registration page for participants and voters, the site must include a voting system with a track back CPA affiliate system such as the ones found on freebie incentive site scripts. Email contact list invite ( Hotmail, Aol, Gmail, Yahoo) and social bookmarking modules will have to be included with the site Invite module. A back end form will also be needed to ad CPA affiliate campaign url. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with easy graphic work, 3 different templates including a new logo and colors for my business. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, there are 3 templates to be made, one is for a barmaid contest which needs to be very trendy and oriented towards the NIGHTLIFE but not too crowed the site needs to breath. The second is for a dj Contest, it must be oriented towards DJING, caracteristics must be the same as the previous, almost like a twin brother but instead of barmain . . DJs. And the third one is for an Amateur Model contest. Now I need this one to be more corporate and sexy just like if it was a major Model agency holding the contest. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a realtor in my geography. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience in graphic design, Joomla, CPA affiliate trackback systems, PHP, MYSQL, Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 3-4 weeks. A non disclosure agreement will have to be signed before giving out the full details.. Before handing out the contract serious bidders will have to provide me with a mockup and portfolia for similar jobs, specialy for the CPA affiliate track back system
