Design Business cards and Logo

My company is called "Logicus Training Solutions". We provide Vocational training to the general public, corporate and mining industries. The type of training we offer are: Training and Assessment, Occupational Health and Safety, Frontline management, Construction White card, Responsible service of alcohol and health and hygiene. I want to create a corporate image that symbolises value, professionalism, customisation, modern, flexible, good service, established, competent, efficient, effective, knowledgeable and adaptable. I need to create business cards and a logo that ties in to the image I want to establish. I want to use a choice of the following colours (not all): Red, Blue, Turquoise, Black and/or gold. I want a simple design that is logical, modern and suits the training and education industry, as well as being corporate. The logo can be an abbreviation of the business name (LTS) or a symbol that is relevant to the brand (Logicus Training Solutions) and/or industry. My target market are males and females between the ages of 30-45 yrs old, semi professionals and blue collar. I am also looking at designing brochures, catalogues etc... in the not too distant future. Therefore your value for money, integrity, professionalism and design skills will contribute to further work in the future.
