Design of the master pages for a book (published in Indesign)

We have a quite finished medical book (it is a new edition of an existing book) which is formatted in Indesign CS6. For the main pages (preface pages, register pages and the content, the book is without any figure) we are looking for a new layout which fits to the content. Only about 30 Paragraph Styles are available in the book, the book is extremely structured. Target is to suggest and realize the new layout with paragraph styles etc. in Indesign so that we can apply this in the layout of the book. We are also looking for a longer-term cooperation in different books that are published by us.
