Designing a banner logo image with 3 rotator slides

We have an Commerce website for selling toys and we need to put a logo for E-Commerce , plus we want to put rotator in the middle of the website , but dont workking about HTML, we only need a good graphic designer to create a top banner logo , plus three slides (images ) that can be used as rotator in the middle of the screen . (check the attached image of example from another website that explain what kind of work we want )
please dont bid if you are not graphic designer that can add some professional touches on these materials , we dont want some one only only know how to use photoshop .

no HTML skills required only pure graphic design .
choice will be based on lowerst price and best portfolio , bid greater than 50$ will less likely be considered
