Design a Banner

I am looking for someone to create a banner for our Google+ page using themes and fonts from our main website currently in development. Website address is dev dot vtexvsi dot com. I have a profile image, just looking for a banner. I may use the banner for other social media as well including Facebook. I am most likely going to want multiple design ideas and require mockups once the bid is selected.
