Artistic/Cartoon City and Bee Image

To all Freelancers,
Looking for a professional yet artistic drawing for our website based
upon the attached sample images.
Using the background image as a backdrop([url removed, login to view]), wanted
to merge both ideas into 1 image and would like it in a high
resolution format (1280 x 1024 or greater).
The buildings in the background should be more artsy (like in first
image) and should give the feeling of overlap rather than giving
feeling of being all in one row. Furthermore, a cute bee logo along
with its dotted path over the buildings. Also trying to incorporate a $
on the Bee in a very cute/artsy format.
In essence, we want a bee spreading the word (with/without $ bills) in a city so we would like bids for the following:
-Background image meeting the above requirements
-A cute bee logo with/without $ sign - our team can choose based on their preference
-A banner (get creative and try combining different styles etc)
Once this is completed to our satisfaction a potential for more work on graphics
for our website is available.
