A Simple Design + CSS Reskin

This is very simple. I am making clones of an existing site, [login to view URL], with some programming upgrades, and changes. I need each site to have a different color scheme, feel, and look. So.. you will basically be doing a new CSS for the site(s) as I launch them. Installation, or configuration as needed. That's it. The programmer may need to work with you a bit to get the code, and design to match. But that's the extent of it. For the first site, [login to view URL], it needs to have a red color scheme. Do NOT send me your resume, or tell me how many people you have in your Pakistani office. I need someone who can do this, and turn it around fast. I also need examples of your work. **Please make sure your links work for your examples**. It's insane I have to even mention this. But half the people who contact me have broken links. As soon as I find someone with the skills, and examples I like. I will close out this bid early. Fair warning. If they do a good job, I will consider the for more CSS work. **You are doing only the Design and CSS**. I will have someone else do the graphics/banner/splash work. So do not include that in your BID. Also, make sure you submit an official BID, not comments. Thank you. ADDITIONAL NOTE You would need to do the layout, or design portion. Plus whatever is needed for CSS. I am not a designer. So bare with me as I try and describe my needs. I can only tell you what I need. My programmer that is doing the coding for the website, and will deal with the design and CSS once completed. The color scheme I need is red. Maybe red, white, grey. (the current one is blue, white, grey for example). You would make a new design that works similar to the current one. You would do any CSS that is needed for the main index, and gallery page(s). ## Deliverables The site much work, and look the same on ALL browsers.
