Design in Flash

Seeking a passionate individual to design a spiritually themed site. This is a community based page where we want our members to have a pic and small bio. We want to have about five videos viewable from within the site (without transferring the viewer to youtube) We will have numerous sections dedicated to learning, practices and information. A few weekly articles and exercises for our members as well. We want to have new affirmations and activities each week if possible. A user friendly format will allow changes from our end without needing to bother the designer. With the home page graphic of "The Light Body Travelers Society" we want to apply "flash" in the sense of having the letters reverse when the mouse scrolls over it, as if seeing the mirror image, and from this reversed image, apply images that appear over the lettering that are clickable to read about specific information. We are a society of astral travelers so the site is meant to feel like a friendly yet "special" web destination for spiritually inspired individuals.
