Custom Real Estate Web Site - URGENT!

Hello, I am a web designer looking to hire about 5-10 PROFESSIONAL web designers, graphics designers, Database EXPERTS, and Flash design experts. I have a project (well, a few projects, but we'll start with this one) that I am asking for bids on. Only one person will get this particular job, but there are plenty more that I'll need additional designers for.
