Actress and Movie Flash Database

Hello. I am in need of some highly skilled flash website designer to make a flash website for me. This is a job for those with attention to detail, and who can create the pages that will look nothing but smashing. The features are as follows: a) Actress database which has all sorts of information, a photogallery and movie overviews. b) A connecting movie database with information of relevance, with photo gallery and cover of movie of course. c) A movie player that connects to movies that are added to the database. Also, we want to add the option to make part of the website for members only, but this can be discussed along the way. But the option has to be included (not programmed, as it wont be there for a long time still), and have options for it in Admin (will disclose the plan on that at a later stage). But we would like a front page that reflects on latest updates, pages for overviews of both movies and actresses, and so on and so forth. An admin panel that exists to add the movies and actresses has to be included, but doesnt need to be anything fancy, as long as it works. If this can be added INTO the website itself, and just using a username and password for logging into it, would be very nice. Its not the most advanced website in the world, and certainly not the biggest. We just want it to look good and nice, as well as being able to provide the information this site is about.
