Create a flash animatation for my site

I want to add a flash animation to the top of my page that looks and work just like this. It will replace the attached red box on the home page. Page 1 will feature the Free standard engraving and Free shipping over $69 Page 2 will feature the Cross Brand Pens and Sets Page 3 Will feature Howard Miller Gift Clocks. Page 4 will feature shop by price or shop by occasion.. Page 5 Will Feature Ship Today Program All pages will have links in them. Ray ## Deliverables We will install the flash ourselves.. but it will needs to test and demonstrated on your server. We will require all source files.
