Ad banner 120x240 (need ASAP)

I need an ad created, 120 pixels wide x 240 pixels high. See attached illustration of what my client wants. This is a seven-panel banner, animated GIF or Flash, with simple text animation and one panel with a couple of fly-in objects. File size needs to be 30KB or less if possible. I need to have this finished by this coming weekend for the client review and I would expect at least one round of simple changes (but hopefully not). I pay promptly and rate highly for good work. Given the short timeframe, I prefer someone with a high Freelancer rating.
