Design suggestion

Design cool header/page based on the requirements here: [login to view URL] I'm having serious issues finding a serious designer so i think a graphic designer may have an idea for this. Then i plan to find a designer who will finalize it (in case you don't want to do it) For this project you bid for either a mockup or a (partial) design. Just let me know your great ideas and then how the job should be done (you alone or another freelancer should assist with animation, functionalities etc) I'm online so please read the other project and bid here or there depending on what you wish to do. I need that idea translated by someone very smart. Sometimes logo designers understand such requirements too so they can suggest a sketch or explain the idea in written. (budget will be risen accordingly to what you offer, im open to all suggestions. I must be able to start today with someone) Good luck!
