Banner creation in Flash AS3

I have a small project to get it done ASAP. Here's the info: I would like to create a banner using 3 assets already done. 1) video in flv 2) animation in swf (created in AS2) 3) picture in jpg The .FLV and .SWF need to be called externally, so we can add or change the files dynamically. On top of that, the final banner needs to be in AS3, so maybe it's necessary a conversion of the assets from A2 to A3. Are you available for this quick job? Thank you, Paul
