Advice for transferring real money into virtual money

-a user(buyer) is able to pay for a job using several payment systems (paypal or banktransfer or future other) in various currencies

-a user(buyer and seller) is able to pay for Several notification methods

-the payment from a user goes to my paypal or bankaccount

-after payment is done this payment value is immediately available as virtual money user to user

any user can buy an amount of notification methods from me. This can be done using any of the several payment systems or with earnings he has made.

when a job has been completed by seller the buyer can decide to close the job and release the payment value to seller

-seller gets the payments minus (a variable fee (%) on his profile, the variable fee (%) goes to me

-seller gets payed once a month by paypal, bank transfer or western unnion

-the transaction-steps should be stored so I have historical transaction data and can trace/validate the payment source and destination

-a seller and buyer should also have historical transaction data to see payments and earnings

-a seller can choose how he wants to receive his earnings this can be paypal,banktransfer, western union

I want to be able to generate a list:

-with all transactions showing me the payments I have to do for each seller using paypal, banktransfer or western union

-which will show me what the saldi should be from my papal account based on buyer and seller transactions done

-which will show me what the saldi should be from my bank account based on buyer and seller transactions done

Think practical, One table could hold:

-the currencies

-the notification methods,units and price

-exchange rates

-the payment systems I support

if my financial system would be active how would I make sure that my exchange rates reflect to the

realworld market and how would I make it future proof and most of all save.

Make me visual setup based on code and database design and specify,describe what each table/column/code should do based on actions.
