Comprehensive Insurance program set-up (Trucking Company)

Hello, My name is Daniel Haynes with “Melvin Haynes Transport”, a small South Carolina based carrier/trucking Company located near Summerville, SC. I’m writing today because my company is in search of a service provider with whom we can work with direct to develop, structure, and implement a specialized “all-inclusive” comprehensive insurance program/product for my company. This program/product will be set-up and utilized in-house to benefit and service the daily operational needs of our small but growing trucking operation, which in return this program will allow us to lower our insurance cost, along with securing better overall coverage and having greater control/management without having all of the roller coaster hassle of dealing with traditional insurance providers. My company is in need a service provider that can package and provide the following type of comprehensive insurance coverage for our company: • General liability • Liability • Cargo • Physical • (We would also like to explore the possibility of including workers compensation as well, but not a must) What we are needing is a service provider that can plan, structure, and implement a lower cost in-house insurance solution for our company rather it be some type of independent insurance operational set-up, risk management pool, or secondary market solution that will benefit our trucking operation tremendously, we are open to any and all options that we can utilize to get this done. As mentioned we are running a small trucking operation, but have plans for future growth within the near future, so we need an experienced service provider that has the skills, and resources, to develop and structure the right insurance product/tool needed for our trucking company but at minimal cost needed to implement this project.
