A meals on wheels management system created from filemaker pro 12

We are needing a management system created that we will be able to run a meals on wheels service with. The system will need client information, meal information, order information, reporting etc. Some of our clients order meals say every wednesday, so we will need option to tick those days of the week indefinitely. We have a 6 weekly rotating menu with 2 options of meal per day which will need inputting so we can select what our clients want that day. The aim is to end up with a printable report each day which has a clients name address and details of which meal has been ordered for that day for drivers to take with them on meal drop offs. We will also need pricing information in there, payment details as well as a running total for each client. What we need is quite specific so any further details please ask.
