Outlook 2007 Field Chooser Script VBA to Display Part of a Message in Column

We need one of the columns in the main view in Outlook (2007) to display part of the email message. Each message contains the text "You sent a payment of £[login to view URL] GBP..." where £[login to view URL] will be different in each message. We would like the amount e.g. "£85.00" to be displayed in the column.
See screenshot attached.
I assume this will require a small VBA script to be made as a 'Form' in the Outlook 'Field Chooser'. Outlook provides the field for 'Message' already but we need 'Part of a Message'.
The Freelancer chosen must be able to communicate via messaging on SKYPE
