Database summary

Need data summarized and imported to new spreadsheet file 1: sort data between Anthem CO and FL BCBS. Separate data will be entered for each, in file 2 file 1: once sorted, count number of lines for each change in Referral Data, col A. Enter count in file 2, Referral tab in the cell that matches that date in February. Make sure to do this for each section header in file 2 (Anthem CO and FL BCBS) file 1: count any row where you see the word "Committed", and place that number in file 2, Enrollment tab, in the cell that matches that date in February.
