Convert pricing data on PDFs to excel files There are 12 PDF documents of up to 80 pages containing data on fabric, wallpaper and paints. All information on these products (price, dimensions, etc) needs to be collated in an excel spreadsheet for import to a database. The various PDFs come from different suppliers, so you will need to work through data presented in different formats, with different terminologies and standardise this so that it can be uploaded as one dataset. I've added the PDF files, and the excel files into which the data has to be added. The column for price has to be populated. For many of the rows in the spreadsheets the price values will be duplicates as the PDF will show one price and the spreadsheet will have multiple rows where, for instance, fabric x costs £30 per metre and comes in 9 colours. The PDF will show the price against Fabric X and have a list of the colours, whereas the spreadsheet needs to show the price against all the entries.
