Build an Excel Sheet Template

I am looking to design an excel sheet simple accounting template for job sheet accounting to create a simple weekly and monthly profit and loss for my construction business . The business operates on daily work sheets or job sheets. Each worker or teams of workers file daily job sheets for all their activities. The activities relate to specific projects and these projects have usually a fixed price contract figure with the possibility of additional billing or extras. The goal is to derive profit and loss figures for each project based on the daily inputs and then a weekly and monthly overall business performance profit and loss. The template would have the following functionality 1) a daily tab , where up to 100 job sheets summaries can be inputted .The daily excel tab for each job would establish income and costs to reveal a job profit and loss , an overall weekly profit and loss and an overall monthly P&L , and then a yearly simple P&L (no balance sheet required) . With the weekly , monthly and yearly P&L , fixed and recurring costs such as rent, office phones, insurance , etc should be able to be inputted . Job Sheets Inputs These job sheets would typically have 5-7 fields of input i.e. a) Job purchase order number b)job type (5 different types of jobs from a drop down menu) , c)labor cost c) material cost d) travel cost e) additional /miscellaneous costs . 2) for each Job PO , an income input i.e. what the project will invoice out at with an additional inputs for a) additional billing or \'extras\' and b) a deduction for where the client /customer deducts money due to damage /backcharges etc . From the daily sheets /daily tab inputs an analysis of job profitability should be easily interrogated -more information is available
