I am very familiar with Quickbooks since I use it not only professionally but personally too. Managing your billing and AR will entail using the Customer function in Quickbooks, Reconciling ACH/Wire or Paypal will involve the Banking function in Quickbooks, Double Entry Payments using the General Journal function or banking function, depends on your preference, AR Aging can easily be generated from the Reporting Function of Quickbooks. The regularity of the Aging and reconciling activities you require will depend on you. Hiring me would mean hiring a qualified accountant looking for part time work while on leave.
