I require a java project to be ported to Android with some modifications. The Android application must also sync (download) the data with a server.

The java program reads a series of questions and forms a binary tree. The user then answers yes or no to questions asked. The results are then saved to a csv file. This program should be ported to an Android application. I will provide this program (source code) to the successful bidder.

I am using this project to learn about Android development so I would prefer the application be built in IntelliJ IDEA. I will require some information on how to deploy the application to my cell phone for testing.
