My name is Matt and I have an extensive background in data manipulation and presentation, including a number of years working for a large financial services company as the lead BI analyst for the organisation. My skills are mostly based around Excel, SQL, VBA and SSRS.
I've only recently joined Freelancer to see if it's a viable way to make some money. As such, I'm keen to impress - my aim being to get as much positive feedback and as many happy customers as I can, so you can be sure of a great job being done.
From what I understand of your project description, it sounds like the easiest way to do this would be through a VBA macro, directly outputting to Excel (or possibly through some sort of PHP scripting if the input files don't play nicely with Excel, but that's not likely). If you have all the possible input files and the desired output layout then this would be very simple, and the time it would take depends only on how many files are required to be input. This is exactly the sort of work that I have done in the past, and I am confident that I can deliver quickly and thoroughly.
