We are a growing Data Cleansing Software Company based in The US, founded in 2006.
We are looking for a top notch customer support person to join our team.
Responsibilities
General Customer Support
Learn our software and conduct training sessions with our customers via Webex
Updating CRM with customer data, sometimes researched via the web
Monitor chat
Monitor main phone line
Assist with lead cleanup (Insure correct phone, email, etc)
Conduct followup calls with current customers on their satisfaction, assist where needed
Occasional help writing technical documentation, assisting with marketing campaigns, etc.
Hours
8:30AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday
Note sometimes flexibility is needed
Must Have
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent internet connection ([url removed, login to view] download and upload both greater than 5 MBPS)
Skype
Understanding of working with data (Excel, etc)
A strong desire to learn and grow in a high growth technology company.
There is potential for advancement into a marketing or sales role for the right individuals.
