Data entry/transder from PDFs to Excel Job(repost)

We have 7 PDFs (ranging from 70 pages to 90 pages) that are password protected (we have the ACCESS passwords, NOT the permission password) that we need to have the data contained within these transferred to Excel. The data is all on the fleet types of all of the airlines in the world and the age of each of their planes. It is standardized in the PDFs and needs to be entered in a standardized format in Excel. We need someone or a firm who can deliver this quickly (3-4 days max, the faster the better). DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE OUR TIMELINE and if you do not communicate well and respond to questions of employers. If you are relying on technology only to scan the PDFs using OCR or something else, you should see the attached example PDF below and check it before bidding. The password is NUEVA119. Also in the attached file is an example of how the data needs to be laid out in Excel for us. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 7 PDF files in total. The 1 attached is only an example of the 7. The last bidder, Best Online Solutions, failed me completely and wasted 2 days of my time.
