I have designed a medical muscle sensor that comprises of a sensor and tube sheathed in silicone rubber.

The device connects to pressure sensor that completes various functions. This bid is for an initial build of 250 sensors.

The bid will include the following

1 Build a prototype

2 Send the prototype to Canberra for approval

3 Build 350 units and package in plastic bags

4 Freight the units to Australia (Canberra)

It is in the interests of bidders to spend time reviewing the plans and commenting and asking for clarification

Details that are shown to be incorrect in the plans will be transmitted to all - however improvements and mods to the plan by bidders will be kept private to the bidders offering that advice.

It is strongly recommended that the bid have a milestone payment of 25% or similar payable on prototype delivery

I will reply to all PMs as soon as I read them

The Quality Control Certificate is not necessary , but it will make certification if the sensor easier. If it is not available - I can get the sensor and other assembled parts tested as a single entity where a certificate covers all items. It is not seen as a gate - but it will assist in forward planning. The whole device will need Theraputic Goods Administration certification as a medical device, and the QC certificate will assist this - but knowledge of this certificate availability will assist with my planning.

For the information of all bidders - the sensor attaches to the enclosure in project+2+new - please ensure the overall diameter of the flexible tube fits the sensor hole in the enclosure
