I have designed several circuits similiar to what you are asking and I ussually work with PICs. I can also work with arduino in order to achieve these tasks (temperature sensing, keyboard entry and RF communication). I have done temperature sensing with sensor as the LM35 with a range from -55 to 150ºC wich is easily converted to farenheit degrees if it is necesary. Also, I have worked with matrix keyboards of 16 buttons and security doors. In my projects I have worked with RF communication as bluetooth. I would like yo know in detail what components you have or want to work with so we can work on this.

I believe that this project is implemented effectively in this form: 1) A device with internal isolated power supply. 2) Input voltage range for the power supply is from 80 to 260 VAC. 3) The product incorporates a digital temperature sensor with a measuring range from -55 to 125 * C. Measurement accuracy of 0.5 * C. 4) 10 Button Keypad for the implementation of the digital door lock. Output: digital signal (relay). 5) The radio module with a working frequency of 433 MHz for remote control scheme.
