Aweber Opt-in form to pass name and email to Clickbank order form

IMPORTANT: Do not bid on this project unless you have experience with Aweber forms ___ I need someone that is familiar with basic Aweber Opt-in form and Clickbank order forms. I currently have a website that has an "Checkout" button that links to my Clickbank Order form. I want to add a Aweber Opt-in form above the "Checkout" button. _____ I want it to work like this: The customer will have to enter their Name and eMail address before they can click "Checkout" When the click "Checkout" their name and email address will "Opt-in" to my Aweber email list AND the "Thank you page" for optin in with be my Clickbank order form page with the Name and eMail fields already completed with the information the customer entered in the Aweber form. _________ Again, please only bid if you have experience with this.
