Hi Since there isn't any specific description that will help anyone to understand what you are looking for, and if the circuit is just a simple one of some 10's of parts ie, something simple either analog or digital, or a huge circuit with 100's of parts ie, including uCU, WiFi, BLT, Display (TFT/LCD), is it a data or voice or Camera, Video streaming, etc, transmitter? What part are placed on the pcb, and will you provide them or I have to order them & pay them upfront? And if the later, how much those parts will cost is currently unpredictable, so how can anyone give you an exact offer? So, I can only provide an offer at a rough estimate for your quote! And this offer is just for hardware design and a demo pcb. Not for firmware development for an 8bit uCU, a RISC, an ARM, M0, M3, M4 or whatever else may needed! How many pcb's you want to have? Specify please. By simply asking "design & manufacture pcb, you mean only hardware designer, or you need him to also develop firmware for it, if it needed? If you can be more specific I may update my offer to be in line with your project labor depth needed & also the time/days to complete it.
