book conversion

I am restructuring my previous bid request for the third. I have two books: Personal Property and Federal Tax. PP is an acrobat book formatted for reading on the computer screen. FT is formatted as a paper book. It is currently in Indesign CS 3.0.1. I want (1) the indesign text export to Microsoft word. I want the page reformatted to the SAME PAGE SIZE as the PP book using basically the same style, the same headers the same footers, etc. See the file chap 2 [login to view URL] I want it set up so I can easily add and replace material to the word format, change the headers, etc.. Do not worry about the cover, table of contents, etc. They will be generated later. I want UNIFORM STYLES. There are footnotes at the bottom of some pages. I need them to be placed roughly in the same place. When I reedit the text and add new material, I will put them in the text. In the end I want to be able to export the book to a PDF format. Once the book is in PDF format, I will worry about the cover, order forms, etc. You can find both books at The Fed Book is in Indesign CS 3.01.
