I need a clone web site which able member to stream video. Example site is justin.tv. The development shall be from scratch to fully done up. Meanwhile there will be chances for the programmer to look after it in the future should I require minor changes or add-ons. I will pay upfront of 20% as deposit, another 50% once we have seen the well working project on your server then the final 30% once it has been uploaded to ours.
