I need some one to implement the Levenshtein String Algorithm within a Delphi DLL that can be called from Visual Basic version 6.0. The Delphi code is freely available on the web (eg [login to view URL]), so I am what I need is someone who can wrap it up into a DLL for me. Ideally you will also provide a small VB 6 test program. The program will need to outperform my existing VB code (currently 37 seconds on a 1 GHz Acer laptop for 5 million iterations comparing the string "abc" with "abcd": For lng = 1 To 5000000 i = LD("abc", "abcd") Next lng I will require the source code as well as the final DLL.
