Create an MS Access Switchboard that lets user select Area->Equip->Print Form -- 2

Project Description

I have a database that requires a switchboard that allows a user to select an area of our Plant. Once chosen, the Area should list all available equipment in that Area. The listed equipment should be selectable by checkmark. The checkmarks should indicate which equipment (and related equipment) to put on the printable report. There should be a 'print report now' button to allow user to print the results in the approved format.

I have a table called tbESLmain with the main equipment. The field called "Area" contains only 6 numbers that pertain to the 6 options on the switchboard. I have a table called tbRELATED ESL with the equipment that should print as part of the associated main equipment that is part of an already built subform on the printable report called rpHOA that is the accepted format for the final printed report.

I don't expect this will take very long to build, perhaps an hour for a knowledgeable person. I don't care about the colors (I am capable of making design changes) but I am not able to follow the event procedures to make this switchboard work for my operators.
