I was cleaning my desktop earlier, I moved all the files in desktop to a folder, somehow I lost one of my folders . I tried to recover it using several recovery softwares, but when it's recovered it became a Shortcut file instead, not the actual folder like previously.

Just need to recover 1 (.doc) file, can try resolving it via Team Viewer.
