Cable TV Billing Data Migration Cross Platform

Client provides apartment home cable TV and Internet. Newly acquired subsidiary runs its customer-subscriber management on a legacy system. Client wants to migrate all customer record and data to its preferred system licensed which is WinCable/Great Lakes Data Systems. [login to view URL] We will get some tech support from our provider above and some limited (very limited) support from the legacy system provider. There are 30,000 customers on the legacy system that must be transfered. We are looking at this as a data migration programming assignment, not a data-entry assignment.
