Childhood obesity statistics and future predictions

I need current statistics relating to childhood obesity and its associated diseases. I also need to find qualified research into predictive models for the future if current trends in childhood obesity continue for the foreseeable future. Health predictors seem keen on 2025 as the cut off point but any data relating to the subject matter that offers predictions over 10, 15 or 20 years would be appropriate. Worldwide statistics and predictors would be fine although the USA, Europe and Australasia would be preferred. It needs to be quantifiable and well sourced with a tracking/reference available due to the nature of the finished project.
