Data Extraction From Web Directories

Hello I have a web based real estate company which targets primarily the Nigerian market. How ever am struggling to get customers as this site is relatively new and am at the process of doing the Search engine optimization for it. That not withstanding one way I have thought of getting customers for the site is by actually doing "data extraction of customer details from some web based directories" associated with Nigeria and directly contacting these customers to see if I can offer them a good service option of putting up properties in Nigeria for rent/sell on my website at a price better than what they getting from my competitors. In other to do this, I have Identified some key web links to some web based directories in the Nigerian real estate industry from which I will like a "data extraction expert" to help me extract some key information from the "real estate agents" that are registered on the site. To aid you do this, the link I have provided here takes you to the exact web archive where the "real estate agent's" information are stored on for each of the sites listed below. Please feel free to make your own research on other sites not mentioned here and get me the information please on other agents. The "real estate agent" information am interested in from each of the sites are as follows:- (1) Name of the company represented by agent (2) Area of Specialization (3) Name of lead agent (4) Phone numbers of agent or agency (5) Email address of agent or agency (6) Office Address *Note:- Please try and group them longitudinally according to their different area of specification. E.g First group could be surveyors, the next group could be builder, the next could be real estate sales agents etc. I will require these details in an excel spread sheet where all the information (1 - 6) required above fit in to 6 columns of an excel spread sheet and all grouped longitudinally according to their area of expertise. In the end I hope to extract this details on to Microsoft outlook which I will then use to email these potential clients.
