Create Excel Spreadsheet for Screen Printing Shop .

I need a Excel Spreadsheet to be used for pricing. The business using the spreadsheet is a Screen Printing Shop, and we need a simple way to determine overall cost of different jobs when orders are placed. We would need several different columns to insert base pricing of clothing, and then quantities, print locations and number of print colors to quickly get to a retail price for our customers. This is apparently a very simple spreadsheet to create if you know how to use and create excel documents, but I have no clue! I have added a document that is very VERY close to what I am looking for, but it lacks a couple of features.
