A virtual secretary to take and relay customer calls

The assistant may have access to a landline with a caller id phone, so that customer enquiries from my gardening business may be passed along through them, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10 to 2 Saturday. If it is that a mobile is preferred, then cost my end increase. Initially a software match up may be required to allow me to see appointments for ring back and appointments for visiting on my smart phone, although email is also acceptable. The assistant's advice, if available would be useful. So included in taking calls professionally for a gardening and landscaping business, a measure of appointment information entered into a package (perhaps, maybe just email), or forwarded by email. I assume twenty calls per day eventually; price on that basis with increment for each 10+ calls handled. I do not expect the facility to forward important (as in customer has work ongoing and needs information) calls on to myself, however that would be nice! I assume initially that the call rings three times with me and if I can not accept it it routes to someone like you and you book it for a call back or a visit at an agreed time.
